This should be just an example how an inquiry could look like:

Subject: [external] FAMILYNAME in "town name"/place

[external: not a member of the list; contact where required directly!]

"your first name" "your last name"
"your e-mail-address" wrote at "date" "time":

(An english answer is preferred but not required.)

(This would be sent in german equivalent to a german list. If it's a bilingual list with german and english part. English answer is not required, because Transserv can be used again.)
