Welcome > Links

Contrary to others WIKIs here we are using "square brackets" [ and ] for links.

It looks like this That's what you write
A simple link to Genealogy.net:Help
A simple link to Genealogy.net:Help
Same target page, but a different Name: Here you will find Help
Same target page, but a different Name:
Here you will find Help
Targetting a Sub- Article on a page: Genealogy.net:Help#Articlename
Targetting a Sub- Article on a page:
Genealogy.net:Help#Articlename
If the link is only on the start of a word, the whole word will be shown as a link: Temperature.
If the link is only on the start of a word,<br/>
the whole word will be shown as a link: Temperature.
Links to not existing pages:
The churches in Mu--Zscheile 22:17, 1 August 2007 (CEST)nich is a page, which is not existing yet.

(With clicking on the red link, you can create the new page.)

The churches in Munich is a page, which is not existing yet.

Weblinks

Tip: external links are created with only ONE square bracket. In addition the "pipe" between the link and description is not used, but you have to use an empty space instead of. Without a description the links will be automatically numbered.
