Welcome > Summary

Below the Editing Text box there is an additional field named: Summary.

It is highly recommended to enter at least a short description about the changes you just did.

The Summary will be shown in the Recent changes together with the history of all prior changes.

When entering a proper description in the Summary field all the other members are able to determine if your change is of any interest to them and you can arouse their interest in contributing additional information to this topic. But keep in mind, this Summary is permanently entered into the database and can't be changed, WATCH out what you are doing !!

Anyway, a "mediocre" Summary is better than none at all !
