School

The Lithuanian School in Memel belonged to the parish. Even in 1733 they had a teacher: Schulmeister Peise. In 1799 there was another school auf der Vitte, for children from Vitte, Bommelsvitte and Mellneraggen.

Gut, Martinsdorf, Matzmasuhren, Matzständen, Matzwöhlen, Mellneraggen, Miszeiken, Neuhof, Oberhof, Paugen, Petraschen, Podszeit Stankus, Purmallen, Rumpischken, Sandkrug, Schaulen, Schlengen Andres, Schmelz Adlig u. Königlich, Schuszeiken Jahn, Schlappschill Anteil, Schweppeln, Strandvilla, Sudmanten Trusch, Süderspitze, Thaleiken Jakob, Truschellen, Wessat Hermann, Wewerischken, Wirkutten, Zenkuhnen.


Before 1904 the following parts of the parish of Kairinn belonged to the parish of Memel/Jakobuskirche Land (Before 1858 the German-speaking inhabitants belonged to the Johanniskirche !):

Casparischken, Dumpen village and estate, Gibbischen Martin, Grudszeiken, Kairinn, Kindschen Bartel, Klooschen Bartel, Labatag Michel Purwin, Leisten, Mitzken, Schäferei, Schillgallen, Schompetern, Spengen, Starrischken, Szarde, Waaschken.


Before 1904 the following parts of the parish of Karkelbeck belonged to the parish of Memel/Jakobuskirche Land (Before 1858 the German-speaking inhabitants belonged to the Johanniskirche !):

Darguszen, Karkelbeck part of, Köken Jakob, Rund Görge.


Before 1891 the following parts of the parish of Plicken belonged to the parish of Memel/Jakobuskirche Land (Before 1858 the German-speaking inhabitants belonged to the Johanniskirche !):

Bajohr Mitzko, Baugstkorallen, Birkenwalde, Carlsberg, Corallischken, Eglienen, Friedrichsgnade, Graumen, Groß Jagschen, Klein Jagschen, Matzkieken, Plicken, Raddeilen, Schattern, Schlappschill Anteil, Smilgienen, Szabern Wittko, Truschen, Wittauten, Woiduszen.


Before 1854 the following places of the parish of Dawillen belonged to the parish of Memel/Jakobuskirche Land (Only for Lithuanian-speaking people, the German-speaking people went to the Johanniskirche !):

Dargwill Szodeiken, Dawillen, Galten, Gedminnen, Grambowischken, Grikschen, Hennig Hans, Ilgejahnen, Januschen Görge, Kalwen (Kr.Memel), Kepal Klaus, Kerndorf, Kettwergen, Kischken Görge, Klein Jacken, Kuhlen, Laugallen, Liewern, Löbarten, Löbart Nausseden, Matz Nauda Baltrum, Nausseden Jakob, Russlen, Schlappschill part of, Schugsta Stenzel.
