This template needs the following parameters:
- source of the text ("This page is based on content from ..."), for example "the old regional page www.genealogy.net/reg/SCN/Lauenburg/kreis-e.html"
- a link to the article containing the original text: for example "http://wiki-en.genealogy.net/w/index.php?title=Herzogtum_Lauenburg%2C_County&oldid=9170 (you find that address by looking at the article's history and copy the relevant URL)
The complete call for the example above looks like this:

(note: Unfortunately you have to the number-based paraeters because the URL contains an equals sign.)
