Born in Bainbridge, Decatur Co., GA; Lived in Dalton, Whitfield Co., GA most of my life.

Went to high school in GA, FL, and NC; Went to college in AL, FL, SC, and now OH.

Married to husband Joe; Have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.

I am a freelance writer and photographer.

Hobbies are reading, gardening, rock and mountain climbing, anything outdoors related, sewing and needlecraft (i.e, cross-stitch, crocheting, needlepoint,etc...)

My Genealogy

I have been searching my family tree for 34 years now. Some of the branches are still shaky, but I am still at it after all of these years. Overall my roots extend to Scotland, Ireland, Germany, and Native American (Cherokee). A good mix if I do say so myself.

My maternal g-g-g-grandfather is Jacob Lewis Reddick b.circa 1756 in NC, his father arrived from Germany 1737 in coastal GA near Savannah.

My husband's paternal g-g-g-g-grandfather was Christoph Andreas Lehner b. cira 1780 from Kaltenbrunn, Oberpfalz, Baveria.
