Project Addressbooks

Address book/historical address books are known to be an important secondary source for the genealogist. The Verein für Computergenealogie has for this reason initiated, in the year 2003, a data bank of historical address books. Members, but also many other volunteers, are working on systematically putting together these historical addressbooks with the help of a simple spreadsheet.
